We use your information to operate the Scouty platform: build and display your recruiter profile, connect you with college coaches, send relevant notifications, and improve our services. Coach information is used to verify affiliation and enable athlete discovery.
3. Sharing Your Information
Athlete profiles are visible to verified college coaches on the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized aggregate data for analytics purposes. We will disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure session management, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your profile settings. You can request complete account deletion by contacting us. We will retain only what is required by law after deletion.
